Dear Prayer Warriors,

Thank you for your prayers. I am feeling much better this week. We are working on a couple of small infections to keep them from getting out of control. The chemotherapy in rather hard on the immune system so extra care has to be taken to avoid infection. Thanks for your prayers to God, our Healer, about this.

Last Saturday I learned a little more about the situation at Efata Baptist Church in Iquitos. There was a group of deaf who tried to get Pastor Abraham out of the church some weeks ago. The Lord did not allow them to have success. Some of the group have repented and are back in church. Others have not returned. Please keep praying for this work and for Pastor Abraham's ministry to be truly accepted by the deaf. He feels there is a better spirit there now in the church. They have a church outing planned for June 24 and have invited Patrick Cassidy to take his family along and give the devotional to the group. Pastor Abraham will be interpreting for him. Pray that this time will help foster unity among them and love for one another.

May the Lord continue to bless you and your ministry as you serve Him. He is worthy!

Keep looking up!

With love in Christ,
Lynn
