Greetings once more from Vista! Thank you for your prayers. The first 6 sessions of radiation have gone well with no side effects so far. Praise the Lord! There are 22 more sessions left. The last one will be the day before Thanksgiving, if we don't run into any problems. I am also making friends with some of the other patients and had the opportunity to share my testimony this morning with Irma. Please pray that I will be a shining light for our Lord.

The big request continues to be for Patrick and Gina Cassidy and their court hearings tomorrow and Wednesday. They were able to get a Christian lawyer but found out that the case is a serious one with serious consequences. Pray for competence in the lawyers defending them and for the Lord's protection of them. Patrick and Gina and their 4 children are leaning on the Lord and seeking their strength in Him. We need to pray that the Lord's name will be glorified in all that is done. He is able to defeat the enemy since He has already won the final victory. Praise Him!

As always, please keep Pastor Abraham, his wife, Patsy, and the Efata Baptist Church for the deaf before God's throne. There has been a recent death in the deaf community. Perhaps this will open more opportunities to share the Gospel. Pray that God will give them spiritual understanding and a conviction of their need.
